Content & Moderation
We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct without prior notice.
Subscriptions & Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through your App Store or Google Play account. Prices may change with notice. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology associated with Ghazl are owned by Intellibud Innovations. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

Ghazl is a platform to facilitate connections. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or marriage outcomes. Users interact at their own discretion and responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intellibud Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ghazl.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting info@intellibud.org.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
